Review of Denial of Vets' Benefits for PTSD

Do you know that if you are a veteran and were diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) you may be entitled to benefits that you were denied? This applies to veterans of Operation Iraqi Freedom or Operation Enduring Freedom. Because of a lawsuit, the military has agreed to review records to increase the disability ratings previously given to veterans with PTSD. Legal notices are being mailed to veterans to let them know they may be eligible. All veterans who are eligible have to sign up as part of the lawsuit before July 24, 2010.

Do you believe you are eligible and didn't get a legal notice? Did you get a notice but have more questions? You can find more information
online at
www.ptsdlawsuit.com.
