  • CDC Eviction Moratorium Extended to July 31, 2021

    The Centers for Disease Control order declares a national moratorium on certain residential evictions for nonpayment of rent, as well as other fees or charges. The moratorium became effective on September 4, 2020 and was just extended through July 31, 2021. The moratorium applies only to tenants who meet certain requirements and provide a signed form declaration (on the previous page) to their landlords. Read More
