Appointments are required. To schedule an appointment, please call or stop by our office.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
(Closed from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for lunch)

Who We Are

Attorneys are available to provide educational programs on immigration legal issues. We also provide the following services:

- Consultation – Representation – Family Petitions/Registry – Political Asylum – Deportation/Removal Proceedings – Violence Against Women Act Petitions – Naturalization/Citizenship – Green Card Replacement – Victims of Human Trafficking/Crime – Education

These services are also provided via web cam in the Enid and Guymon Catholic Charities offices.

Attorneys are available to provide immigration legal services and educational presentations on immigration legal issues. People who can verify their low-income status may qualify for the following immigration legal services: Consultation representation, Family petitions, DACA, Asylum, Violence Against Women Act petitions, Naturalization/citizenship, Green Card replacement, Visa’s for victims of qualifying crimes, and human trafficking.

Persons who can verify their low-income status. Additional information is required when requesting services.

Eligibility Restrictions

Those ineligible for this program include prisoners/detainees who are serving prison sentences, employment-based cases, those with a criminal record, and those who exceed our income requirements.

Any applicant who does not meet the above requirements or requests services that are not within those provided by the Immigration Assistance Program will be referred to a private attorney that specializes in immigration law.
