Once we have confirmed that you meet our eligibility criteria, you will be asked to send us the most recent notices you have received from the IRS and the Department of Revenue. Within a few weeks, a tax advocate will call you to find out more about your specific problem. After we know more about your problem, we will determine whether we can provide assistance. Please be aware that until you receive something in writing from us confirming that we have accepted your case, we do not represent you and you will have to meet any deadlines on your own.
