Attention SOONERCARE MEMBERS!
A new rule requires that all SoonerCare members keep their mailing address updated with SoonerCare. If a letter from SoonerCare is returned by the post office as 'undeliverable,' you could lose your SoonerCare benefits.

SoonerCare is now calling members to update mailing address records.
Be sure you can give a current mailing address when they call.
Also, be sure to read any letter SoonerCare sends you.
If your SoonerCare is cut off, you will have to reapply.
Losing SoonerCare benefits can cause problems getting your medication and other health care services.
Avoid these problems by updating your address with SoonerCare now!

Update your mailing address or check to see if your mailing address is correct:
- Call toll-free number: 1-800-987-7767; or
- Log into your membership portal on: www.mysoonercare.org
