Tulsa County Sales Tax Rebate (Vision 2025)

Who qualifies for the rebate?

Starting in 2004 and running through 2017, Tusla county residents are eligible for a Vision 2025 Sales Tax Rebate

One rebate per household.

File the form before March 31st each year.

You qualify - The person who fills out the Rebate form be:

  • 65 years of age or older during a portion of the year for which the rebate is being sought; AND,
  • be the family member who contributed the greatest share of the family income; AND,
  •  a Tulsa County resident for the entire year of Jan. 1 – Dec. 31 of the year for which the rebate is being sought,

OR You may apply for a rebate on behalf of a dependent living with you if the dependent meets the following criteria.
(Please see the Definitions section for the definition of a dependent).
 

Your dependant qualifies - Dependants:

  • Dependent is a member of the your household.
  • Dependent is at least 65 years old or turned 65 during the year for which the rebate is being sought.
  • Dependent was a resident of Tulsa County for the entire year of Jan. 1 – Dec. 31 of the year for which the rebate is being sought.


If you are claimed as a member of someone else's household on their application, you don't qualify for a rebate. The County Treasurer gets to decide who gets the rebate if more than one person claims you.
